By downloading or using the One Less Drink ("OLD") iOS application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
OLD is a self-tracking tool for people who want to monitor and reduce their alcohol consumption. It is not a medical device, treatment program, or substitute for professional medical, psychological, or addiction care. If you are experiencing alcohol dependence or withdrawal, consult a qualified healthcare provider. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or, in the US, SAMHSA's National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357.
You must be at least 17 years old and of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use OLD.
OLD offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple. Current options include a weekly plan and an annual plan with an introductory free trial. Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
OLD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific health, financial, or behavioral outcomes from using the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
